What is the MDTC Science Fair?
• The Nationwide Virtual Science Fair is an annual online science and technology contest open to all Indian students in grades 6-12.
• Student Registration Starts from Febraury 01, 2017 and Febraury 15, 2017 closes .
• Projects are due Febraury 30, 2017 , 6:00 pm.
What Students Do?
• Students, individually or in teams, create a science related project then build a website to display their work.
• The science project may take a variety of forms including experiments, research studies, demonstrations, models, and construction projects.
• All projects must be displayed on a interesting, informative, interactive and engaging website.
• Students are encourage to make use of new media technologies such as video and images.
Important Notes for 2016
• Website link must be the top/main/first page of your project.
• Filenames must not contain spaces or other symbols such as other language accents.
• Filenames can contain only letters of the English alphabet, numerals and the underscore _
• The address of your website will be www.teamnebulahouse.wix.com/sciencefair where "user id" is provided after registration
• Use "Relative Links" not "Absolute Links" in your projects.
• Students are encouraged to personally create the content of their websites. This includes images, drawings, animations etc. In cases where this is not possible, the images etc. must be properly referenced.

• Student Registration closes Febraury 15, 2017
• Changes in Registration Information may be made until Febraury 01, 2017
Participants
• All Indian students enrolled in Grades 6 - 12 may participate.
• Home schoolers may participate as well.

• There is absolutely no charge to participate.
Registration Categories:-
• There are 3 grade level categories: 6-8, 9-10, 11-12.
• There are 6 subject categories available.
• Teams may consist of maximum two members.
